 What's GeoChooser ? |

GeoChooser is a map reading application designed to be integrated into your internet or intranet site marketed in the form of an ASP service (Application Service Providing).
It allow your visitors to identify and interactively choose on a map the point of sales (outlets, delivery points, agencies etc...) which correspond best to their needs in terms of location and accessibility. The GeoChooser search works into four stages :
1. Locating by address
2. Non-geographical search criteria (optional)
3. Selection using map navigation and based on geographical proximity
4. Page with details on the selected point of sales |

| How long does it take to set up GeoChooser ? |
|
It can be done in 3 weeks :
1 week after having received your list of points and after you have selected the relevant integration and customisation parameters, we activate your test and updater sites.
An additional week is set aside to allow you to check whether the site works.
A further week for provisional delivery
Thus three weeks after the delivery of your network points list, you receive final delivery of your GeoChooser site! |

| Do I need to locate my network points on a map ? |
|
|
No, if you do not have the X Y coordinates, based on the address Experian business strategies will undertake the process of locating your network points on a map, using a procedure called 'geocoding'. You may then verify the precise location of your network points on a dynamic map using the updater site. |

| How can I keep my outlet chain up-to-date ? |
|
|
A secure site allows you to update your outlet chain within GeoChooser. You will be able to create, modify or remove a given point of your network. |

| What is the time delay between an update and its publication on the internet ? |

None at all. The update takes place in real time. |
|
| What level of service does Experian business strategies offer ? |
|
|
Experian business strategies is careful to make use of reliable technological solutions with providers who enjoy a reputation for reliability. We offer 95% access to the GeoChooser service, on a monthly basis, bearing in mind that 100 per cent = 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If and when problems arise, alerts are generated automatically and the faults undertaken by a team of technicians, who systematically take the steps necessary to restore service within the shortest possible time. | Might my internet site be affected by a fault with GeoChooser ? |

| Is a development site envisaged before the official launch of the service ? |
|

Yes. As soon as X Y coordinates are available for all your network points, allowing us to locate them in the geographical database, and you have chosen your integration and customisation parameters, we will activate your test site and your update site. |

| How will I be billed ? |
|
|
Your initial bill will include the initial set-up costs for the GeoChooser system and the service costs for a set time period, for a given number of points and per country in question.
Subsequent bills will only include the GeoChooser service subscription costs.
Subscription to the service is for a minimum period of one year and payment is made in advance. The number of point in your chain is a recalculated each year since the number may change and thus also the cost of the service. |
